Hard to say exactly with out checking myself;

Wrong (to low amps) battery, poor condition of battery clamps, loose cables going from battery to starter assembly, battery installed in reverse polarity. Perhaps the NEW battery need to be charged ( storing a battery on concrete (cement) slab will cause a drainage of the battery and it doesnt take long)

My jeep wont start It use to turn on and just shut off after a couple hrs of driving but now i cant get it off my drive way the lights and radio turn on when i try too start it but the car wont even crank...

the starter sounds like ur problem for starting the jeep since u changed the battery the computer really did not have to be changed and for the car only running for a couple hrs u might have a clog in ur fuel filter located by the gas tank under the car very easy to change once u locate it. it doe not sound like ur fuel pump cause the car does run for a couple of hours if it was the fuel pump problem it would not even run for more then 10 mins if that.

I have a jeep cherokee 95 and for some reason the heater wont stop running. even when the truck is turned off and the key removed its still running. as a result the battery keeps dying. any solutions?

your blower motor relay is probably stuck on. It is normaly under the hood in the black fuse box. If you tap on the top of it it will probably shut off. If it does this just change that relay i think they are about $20 at the dealer.

Dome light not turning off now wont start???

Sounds like you activated the factory alarm.
Hook up the baterry and unlock the drivers door with the key in the door cylinder.
