Epson CX6600 prints and copies blank pages. Acts like its going to print and spits out blank sheets. All ink is new. On the maintenance setting on the machine, still nothing is printed. Only blank sheets.

try to check if the type are not remove in the cartridge then check if the printer head cable of the print head is ok.. ^^ if not you need to tighten it up.. or maybe the pritner head cable is damaged
Try taking a new cartridge out and shaking it ( with your finger over the hole that the ink comes out) and then put it back in. Also make sure that the tape that is over some cartridges' printing area has been removed.
if you left your printer for two weeks or more without using, the print heads may be stuffiness. In this case (aparently yours cases) you must take your printer to a authorized service, they will can clean (with a proper fluid) or replace the ink heads, if cleaning is not possible.
I just got the same problem with real Epson ink. There were some solutions posted under "not printing" that you might try. I haven't yet, but I am going to reload the printer driver tonight.
I would try changing the ink cartridges and if you don't have a new set at least take out the ones you have and reseat. Also check Epson's site for new drivers. Try printing from a different program.
