I-bead 200 (256 mb) mp3

Sir,
I accidentally formatted my i-bead mp3 player and it won't play music and radio. It will only turn on but there is no display on the screen.

What will I do and how will I be able to restore my mp3 player?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you very much

My GeneralPlus MSDC MP3 player shows to have music on the sd card but the player won't play

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

My front loader reads disc error or unplayable no matter what disc I insert. It worked just fine for about 2 years. It doesn ot get heavy cd use, but everyday radio/alarm use.

To resolve this issue, try one or all of the following:
  • The Wave® music system is designed to play commercial CDs, CD-Rs, MP3-encoded CDS and CD-RWs. If your system has trouble playing MP3 CDs, make sure the discs were recorded with compatible formats. See Cannot play MP3 CDs

  • The system may not be able to play certain CD-RW discs. Playability is dependant on how the disc was recorded, including the format it was recorded in and the actual disc used for recording.
Note: iTunes defaults to AAC as the encoding format. In order to use iTunes to make CDs that will play on the Wave® music system, you’ll need to change the format to MP3 How to Choose Import Options

  • Different brands of CD-Rs and CD-RWs use different materials which may affect the ability of a player to read them. If you are burning your own CD-Rs or CD-RWs, experiment with different brands of discs

  • If a commercial disc won’t play, check for scratches, fingerprints or other physical damage. Try the CD in another player. If it still won’t play, there may be a problem with the disc

  • Reset the system by disconnecting the power cord from the wall for one minute, then plug the system back in

I recorded two hours of music from the FM radio using my JNC SSFM2 series MP4 player. The firmware version on the player is BKSD01NB22_32 2007-10-30 9.1.52 2005-01-09 When I stop recording I am able...

The recording from radio that did not want to work in iTunes was made in WAV format. To solve the problem I went to settings and changed recording format to MP3. When I recorded in MP3 format from the radio with my JNC SSFM2 series MP4 player and copied it into iTunes on my computer, iTunes played it without a problem.

Apparently WAV format is used on PC and MP3 is used on Apple Mac.

Music wont play.

You may have formated the mp3 and there by erased the firmware that allows it to play as a stand alone mp3 player.

there doesn't seem to be support for vista but the link for the firmware and update is here. this will at least let you use it as an mp3 player again

My I-bead mp3 was formatted accidentally...

Your songs are most likely gone, formatting erases all of the data on the player.
Always back up your data on a seperate disk. Good luck.

Music DB??? clear 6 MB???

Have you tried re-formatting the device?  This will "wipe" memory, getting rid of corrupted files, etc. and should restore use.

MY SANSA SAYS FREE 6 MB, WHY?

I have read from other users that it it not correc to format the player using NTFS. If you can try remoformatting the player in fat or fat32.

Pavit won't play

You have to reset it back to factory settings because you deleted with the original demo music some files needed to start the built-in player. So do the factory reset after you restart your Pavit MP3 Player. Then copy you music and play them.
