You've inadvertently pressed the down arrow on the multiselector...just scroll down with it and the graph will go away.

How do i unfreeze the calculator? it is stuck on the first screen

Have you attempted upgrading the OS? You should be able to find the OS upgrade under Download Resources on their support page I have linked below. Please do not select CAS Graphic Models.

My calculator only graphs one line and won't graph a second line.

It looks like you played with the Transfrm Application before. It remains in memory and takes over the graphing duties of the native OS. It must be kicked out of memory.

  1. Press [APPS]
  2. Use Up or Down arrows (Up is faster) to get to the bottom of the APPS list.
  3. Locate [:Transfrm], highlight it and press [ENTER]
  4. In subsequent screen, select the [UNINSTALL] option.
  5. Go back to the [Y=] screen and enter or edit your functions.
  6. Press [GRAPH] when finished entering the functions.

When graphing the calculator only allows me to graph on function. When typing in a new function the first function that was highlighted became unhighlighted and only the new function is highlighted now.

If you ran the dynamic graphing application called Transfrm you will only see one graph. It takes over the graphing from the native OS.
You will recognize it by the graph style at the left of the Y1=, etc. as in picture
2eac506.jpg4a76c70.jpg
As you can see, only one = is highlighted, meaning only Y1 will be drawn. To recover the native Y= screen, you must unload the Transfrm App from memory.

Here is how to do it.
Exit what you are doing and go to main calculator screen.
Press the Apps button.
Scroll down to find the Transfrm App
Highlight the : before the name and press ENTER.
The screen appears as on the second screen capture above
Press 1:Uninstall
This will unload it from memory and you will be able to draw multiples graphs.

There is the possibility that the failure to draw multiple graph has nothing to do with Transfrm. In that case it is most likely due to the Stat Plots being turned ON. Turn them OFF

Press [2nd][Y=] (STAT PLOT)
Select [4:PlotsOff] and press [ENTER]

An entry screen appears where you enter the functions you want to graph.
On the first line you have Y1= . After the equal sign enter 2[x] [X, theta,T] + 1. When finished press [F6: Draw] Your graph appears on the screen. If you see the axes, but no graph, press [Shift][V-Window] and press [F3:Std] then [SHIFT][QUIT] will take you back to the screen where you enter the functions to draw. There press [F6:Draw].
