My playstation 3 will not load any games the console just stays on the home page?? I recently purchased indiania Jones 2 and second hand verison of spyro. They both loaded fine and have played them. The IJ 2 one updated my console. The last game I played was Spyro. Thanks

First of all, you need to fix your caps lock button. Next up, I'd guess replaceing your controller.

Now a days there is a lot problem occuring in our PS3 console/..........

okay turn off the console in the back

then 1. hold down the Power button AND the Eject button at the same time
2. reach around to the back of the console and turn the switich back on
3. wait a few second and the fans will kick on
4.and then the disk should be able to come out

There are verisons of PS3's out that do not run PS2 games. It is with the configuration of the main CPU and the actually lens. Some PS3's run PS1 and PS3 games, some only PS3's and the rare verisons all verisons of Playstation. Sounds like you have one of the ones that doesn run the PS2 and there isnt anything you would be able to do. If you do find one that runs all three verisons, hold on to it as it is the holy grail and I have seen them sold for double there normal price.

go to the home screen and down load the most recent update

try going to the version press the triangle button then go to the console then enter then turn on the diagnostic then put the disc then go to the browser then wait for the cd to pop.(DO NOT TURN OFF THE PS2 OTHERWISE THIS MIGHT NOT WORK.)

plug all cables correctly or change the cord

this has happened to me before and this was due to a disk format malfunction, you will need to take it back and get another one.

i went to mi mates house wid cod4 and when i got home tryed to play on it and it wont load up onto the home page .... any ideas

maybe they have to many friends or they have been blocked from another person
