You should contact the hp support for this. if the printer is in warranty you might get a replacement as well because it is an issue with the printer itself.
contact HP technical support as soon as you can .

I am getting a error message saying the printer does not have enough ink to ensure printer health. The empty ink cartridge must be replaced to resume printing. I replaced the cartridges and it does not...

These printers have been known to have ink system failure errors. This message can also be caused by using compatible or re-manufactured cartridges. We believe the HP Live update software is also responsible for "dobbing" on you if you use any other brand.
A Fix for the ink system failure can be found below Not sure if it will help with your particular error but it wont hurt to try.

Printing error message OxC18a050a unable to print

Hi
This is the error message which refers to ink system failure, printer shows this message when the ink system of the printer would not allow you to printer

Please follow the the steps given below
Make sure that the printer's power cord is connected to the walljack (Avoid if there is any surge protector or extension cord) Take out all the ink cartridges Take a clean cloth, dampen it in distilled water and with that cloth clean copper contacts of the cartridges firmly Let them dry for 2 minutes Unplug all the cables from the back of the printer while printer is turned on (After closing all the doors that are open and also keep the cartridges out) After 2 minutes, plug in the power cable Put the ink cartridges in one by one, then close all the doors again Printer would start going through some maintence and then would start aligning the ink cartridges All the best!! Ink system failure error telling me to refer to printer documentation error 0xc18a006

Hello,

The "Ink system failure" error is caused by air in the ink feed tubes, this happens if you use poorly filled cartridges or allow you cartridge to run all the way out. We have a step by step guide to purge the ink feed tubes posted on our web site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/category/printer-repair/hp-printer-repair/ This should get your printer back going in about 10 minutes.

I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

Ink System Failure on a HP Photosmart C6280 All-in One

This is likely a cartridge problem except if the carriage is not moving at all. If you still have some of the used cartridges you can used them to trouble shoot by elimination ok. Or contact a nearby technician who has the cartriges to use them for trouble shooting. I strongly believe the one of the print carts is the culprit. Good luck

Ink system failure

have you unpluged it from the outlet? can you see any paper stuck?
otherwise you have a bad system board and would cost more to fix than just to by a new one.
