The screen has turned upside down. Even the menu and everything is upside down and mirrored. Is there any way to reset the camera? It's very difficult to take a good photo this way...

You will need to click on the menu button on your TVs remote and then select the factory menu and next click on the factory settings to have the screen be not upside down anymore.
This is a problem with the mirror and the sensor. Have you out the camera in sensor clean mode? turning the camera to P then use the menu buttons to go to the second set of tool. clean sensor is there. You must have a good battery charge for it to work. take off the lens then hold the camera face down and activate the sensor. This did not work for me but this was one of the suggestions, if the mirror does lift back up when you put the camera in sensor clean mode then it is not the hinge that some are paying to be replaced. I took my camera and oddly enough turned it upside down in af mode in auto mode and it started shotting photos and focusing again. i did this about ten shots and when I put it backright sideup everything worked fine! Try it and let me know.
yes it is a hardware problem.when you turn lcd there are swicthes function for up side picture.if 1 of the swicth doesn't work it will make that kind of problem
Hi
most Samsung phones have the ability to change the image orientation whilst camera is active. Turn on your camera as if you was going to take a picture. With the camera image on screen locate the up/down keys on the side of your phone (also used as volume control) using up/down buttons you will find that one button rotates image and the other inverts the image (back to front, like mirror image). This normally solves this issue on Samsungs but if this doesnt solve it (which I expect it will) there is a possibilty of the phone being faulty and may need factory reset? Hope that helps?
There's a button on the original remote control that does exactly that:
