The USB cable does not work apparently, UNLESS you have a micro SD card inserted. You also have to manually transfer the pictures from the phone's internal memory to the SD card first, then you can transfer them to the PC via the USB cable. The USB connector on the phone is one of the new USB micro A or micro B connectors - make sure you get the correct one. It looks like the one on the phone charger.

I have connected my LG CF360 to the USB cable, but my computer recognizes it as an MP3 player, and when I click on the folder for the device, nothing appears. Although the computer recognizes it is there, it does not give me any way to access the data on the device. When I called customer service they said I needed to buy a sim card to access the photos already stored there, but this does not seem correct.
