Fossil blue battery replacement.

Got back cover off fossil blue OK. (AM3614) How do you get battery out? It looks like a tab across the whole battery with one end having very very very small screw, other end tucks into a slot but when I try to lift, the whole backing wants to come with it? Any suggestions? Wal-Mart would not change because it is not on their list.

SOURCE: i have a fossil blue

take it to a jewlrey store, like sergios. They know how to fix all watches. I took my fossil blue to 4 watch stores including the fossil store in the mall and none of the stores could fix it. I took it to sergios they changed 2 batterys in like 5 minutes with no charge.

Fossil ch2360 can not figuare out how to get to the battery

mcdevito75 here, Most Fossil Watches have a press fit back cover. First locate ant tab, or indentation that is on the back cover linning up with the case itself, Carefully use a steak knife under that tab or in the indentation, slot in the cover abd pry up. From there you may need a jewlers screwdriver to loosen the battery hold down plate to remove the battery. BEST BET, look for a small watch repair shop in your area to change the battery.
