Hi, I've been trying to get my Logitech F-0399A headset to work. I've installed CallCentral and removed it a couple times but it still doesn't seem to be responding. Whenever I get to the 'play a sound' part on the audio tuning wizard, it stops working. There's an established connection between the dongle and the earpiece for sure though. I've tried removing and installing the program as well as restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. Thanks!

A good cheap source would be ebay.Have a look there and ask the seller any questions if you are unsure and make sure he/she is a reputable one with good feedbacks.Hope this helps.

to fix the headphones uininstall the drivers click start control panel add remove programs and select the drivers for audio logitech audio or creative audio driver and click remove.

Click start, right click computer click properties/ click the hardware tab/ click device manager/ click sound video and game controllers and uninstall the hardware. Third, to pair to your phone

1) Make sure the earset is charged fully overnite.
2) Turn on your bluetooth function in Phone.
3) Turn on your earset and keep pressed for about 10 or longer seconds until it becomes solid blue and not any blinking versions. This is the pairing mode.
4) Go to the blue tooth menu in phone and try to discover this ear piece.
5) Enter 0000 as passscode and the phone should get paired up.
6) If it says successfully paired , then go ahead to configure how to turn on blue tooth and automatically configure // trust // and connect to the Logitech bluetooth earset.
7) Now enjoy this ..

Beware ; When the ear peice in your pocket or hangbag, if the buttons get pressed in a way it dials out the last number called , then un-intentionally all you conversation you thought might be private or sensitive in nature will be heard by the the person answering your phone , or worse even it goes to their voice mail,, all your scoop is recorded by the modern phone voice mails...

So Be care full and save some embrassment or OOPS , got me with pants down moment...

Ok, You can purchase an replacement part for the next generation logitech travelller Blue tooth. They fit fine .

If you cant find a replacement for the logitech travelller BT set, ask support to send you one and say you will pay up.

If you do buy , get a couple more

Else buy some gorilla glue and follow instructions to make a solid bond,

Bond one piece, Set aside for 12 hours,
Bond another piece and set aside for another 12 hours or over nite... The two pieces should now be solid bonded

We need a charger for this headsets since I am looking for a charger for mine

Hi, A couple of things you can check first pls: 1. the logitech headset has its own mute control somewhere along the line/volume control. pls check/try it on both settings; 2. since it is USB connected, it is now a secondary audio device in your hardware aside from the onboard audio device in your computer. That gives you now 2 speaker output and 2 mic inputs. It is possible that voice recognition uses the logitech therefore it works but voice chat uses the onboard audio and since no mic is connected at the rear of your computer (I am presuming), you may have to set the voice chat to use the logitech mike also. I hope this gives you some idea and works for you. Pls post agin how things are or if you still need further assistance. Good luck and kind regards.
