Inside the kettle support there is a large spring which aids in the dumping of the kette. It relieves some of the weight of the kettle . There is a ajustment inside on the right side of the spring that changes where the kettle rest point is. Loosen 2 set screws to move the cam to move the rest position . Tighten up the set screws . your done !

Wrong Section, popcorn machines do not have digital displays.

Gold Medal Model number 2012 is for a 28x48 4 wheel cart only, it is not a popcorn machine.

Astro Pops are model 2010, have been for 30+ years.

What parts are you looking for? and what is the manufacture date of the machine?, the serial plate is in the lower right hand corner of the cabinet, behind the cart doors if there are doors.

Here are the Diagrams for Diplomat kettles, and dump assemblies for models built after 1993. The handles for earlier models are very different to this, and I don't have the diagrams. You should be able to get the parts from Cretors, or any concessions dealer around the country.

The instructions for the CCP-509 are not specific about the quantity of oil and kernels to use. The instructions for the CCP-510 are clearer, stating that for every measuring cup full of kernels ( 4 oz.) add 2 tablespoons of light vegetable oil.

A DI 20 is a 20 oz. Diplomat, meaning the kettle is designed to accept 20 oz. of unpopped kernels per batch. The date of manufacture can be determined by the serial number. The first two numbers are the year in which the machine was built. For example a serial number starting with 95 was built in 1995.
