My cell phone W550i's volume keypad is not working. plz giv me it's solution

My Samsung GT-B3410 Tuch Screen Keypad Button 4, 5 & 6 is not working
plz. tell me Solution.

the keypad you say is constantly giving problems and you have replaced it twice, seems the problem is with the phone circuit board, i recommend you bring it back to sony service center and explain the problem in details to them or replace the phone

Go to Customer care centre as the button may have gone faulty or may have some dust. Secondly the circuit may have gone faulty.

you have a keypad flex problem - BUT the w550/w600 has the worst flex cables around, and very difficult to change - cost is about $150 so it may not be worth it for you

The above problem is only a switching problem.

If the power on/off switch shorts then only this type of problem happens in w550i.

If u can service the switches with tweezer or thiner u may get rid of it. (i.e. Open the cellphone and clean the on/off switch & keypads.)
