My sansa media converter says "Transferring Media files to device failed" in mpt mode
I have a sansa e260 I got for christmas and before it used to downlaod things fine on mpt mode but now it just disconnects at 99% on the media converter and just closes on itself for Windows Media Plater 10.My sansa media converter says "Transferring Media files to device failed" in mpt mode. I've tried out msc mode but its only for music and photo but I want some video's, other than the 2 that came with it ( Lil' Monsta & Sansa e200 demo). So can someone please please help me. I've tried alot of times with the recovery mode. Maybe the one i was reading wasn't comepletely right but try to get something for me.

I just want to clarify that you are transferring the newer, translated copy of each file to the device and not the original file yes? Before the conversion process be sure to check the destination folder. Don't always assume that the converter will automatically replace the old file. Any further questions:
You should try using Windows media Player and Sync the device and transfer it through Windows Media Player. The files should work as .wmv. Let me know if you have questions with this or run into any problems

the sansa media converter is only used for videos and pictures.
for song you go to my computer and u will see that it says sansa e260 you click on it then it will have files for music vieos pictures and recoding click on music and drag ur music on to it.
