I bought a new screen and lcd screen for my i pohone 3g and installed it and now the screen wont turn on, it stas black but the phone seems to be working, it vibrates! what do i do?

Quit trying to get it to do anything until it's TOTALLY dry. The best way to get it dried out is to put it in a container filled with rice, then put it in a warm place, like in the sun coming through a window or even an oven with the temperature set to the lowest setting. Let it rest that way for 24 hours (at least) before trying to do anything else with it. It "may" dry out and work again.
