How to reinstall the motorola L7 file and software and make it like the factory reset.

Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. I can't Install software in Motorol L7. I had pasted .jar and .jad files in phone through bluetooth but it doesn't show any where in phone.
