Hi,
We have about 9 phones at our office and I need to change the time set on them (its about 10mins slow).
Also, each desk phone has a name stored. We've had 3 staff changes I need to change their name. How do I do this?
THANKS!

Hi Michelle,
To change the time you need to press the 'Prog' button, then press the * key twice, so '**' then enter '1234' then enter '000' then press the 'enter' button (located bottom right hand corner of phone) and this will allow you to change time accordingly.
To change extension name, press 'Prog' button, then press the * key twice (as above), then enter '1234' then enter '000', then enter '004' then press 'enter' button (as above), this should then get you to the spot where you can change the name.
Cheers
