Internal Display Frequently Blank

First of all, your question is not clear enough for me,but let me conclude what you are saying.

Loosing the internal display depends on LCD and Flex connector that connects the upper and the lower panel. But most problem that i encounter about this mobile is the replacement of Flex connector due to some cut areas along its parts. Outer display is separate from internal display so possible to see the outer display.

This mobile need to fix by an experience techinician because fixing this problem is more complicated to work with, more likely on dismantle,replacing and disassembling the parts than any small type of mobile.I may advice you to bring it to an authorize service center to make this problem.

Follow this procedure :

1. dowload the link above and locate the download file were save.
2. run the application and install the program,just follow the instruction and wait till the installation is done.
3. open the application and connect the phone thru the computer using data cable or usb cable.
4. wait until the mobile is recognize by computer.

Now you can see all data stored from phone to computer,you can download and transfer them to another phone if applicable.

Most laptops have a "toggle":
* output video only to internal LCD screen,
* output video only to external HDMI port,
* output video to both internal & external.

Set the "toggle" to the best value.

You can reinstal its internal operating system from your near Nokia service center.

Have you held down the FN key plus the F5 key? That toggles the display between internal and external monitors.

Please try to connect the monitor to another PC, if it continues to happen, then probably an internal electronic part/s of your monitor is cold soldered / defective which failed to send signal to other hardware parts of your monitor thus you only see white display. I suggest to bring the unit to an authorized service center fix / replace the cold soldered / defective part/s. regards

Try formatting your Memory Card and if it fails, you should take it to the Nokia Care.

NO YOUR DISPLAY IS DAMAGED YOU HAVE TO CHANGE UR PHONS DISPLAY AND IT WILL WORK EVEN CHANGING THE DISPLAY IF IT DONT WORK CHECK THE DISPLAY CONNECTOR.

This is a major fault, screen gets blank white because of some problem in its display panel which is right behind the LCD screen. Rush to the nearest Nokia care centre and explain the problem to them.After the repair if you experience this problem again and your phone is within the warranty period you can demand a brand new box piece!
