I need the wire color code for the radio in a 91 Volvo 240.

you are going to need a wiring diagram specific to your year model

Your question is not very specific but I expect that you have discovered that Volvo does not bother to color code their sound system wiring. They seem to use whatever wire they have laying around, so there is no particular pattern, and often all the wires are the same color.
If your car still has the original stereo plugs, you can buy a wiring kit from the installation shop at Best Buy. It will have a plug that plugs into the Volvo plug and wires that are color coded to standard color coding so you can figure out how to connect it to the new stereo. I not only had to put in a new stereo, but I had to bypass the original amplifier in my '91. The kit from Best Buy made it all Plug and Play!

Check the wiring in ur running light, somebody might have made mistake repairing it, CHECK also the grounding!

I though so too, isn't there an extra wire that wasn't connected to the cluster? On the passenger side of the cluster? It may not be on this late of a model.

Google Volvo wiring diagram. They are available free. The diagram shows the wire location and colors. Otherwise, run a continuity test with a simple meter to discover a connection with some resistance between a pair of wires. If you here a click or two, from the speakers, you have found the right pair. Continue and label the pairs left, right, front,rear, until all are identified. Then reconnect. A pain but not rocket science.

probally a crassed wire, I would check the wireing.

no theres not just plug and play/if it didnt start you have a nother problem
