Please use the free chat feature that palm offers. I am not sure of any other way to charge your palm. Here is the link. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see Palm Chat. Click on the Chat Now link and follow the instructions. Best wishes.

You might be able to find a charger on Ebay too.

TX IS DEAD

The T3 will appear dead until the battery has SOME charge. A totally dead battery, even though plugged into a charger, will not let the T3 turn on. You mention a previous charger problem. Could be a bad charger, or a bad battery. Check to see if the charging light is on on the T3 when you think you are charging. If it is not on, try another charger. If it is on, you may have a bad battery.

Reset problem with Tungsten t3

Could be a loose battery connection. Or perhaps a bad battery. If you think you are up to it you can check your battery connection yourself. The E had a soldered connection -- difficult to replace. The E2 had a socketed connection -- easy to replace. I do not know about the T3. There are "take-apart" videos on pdaparts.com. You may be able to find a replacement battery on eBay.

Palm tungsten not switching on

Make sure that it has a full charge. I have been having problems with it not turning on as well, but it sounds like a different problem. I have bought a new battery from ebay and installed it. It is holding a charge great, but still isn't turning on all the time. I think the prob is with the datebook or something else. Good Luck!!!
