Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark P4350 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

Check the email photos for viruses first.

Download the photo to your My Pictures folder. (Vista is different)

Printer with photo printing capability connected to your computer, (Or an All-In-One machine), go to your My Pictures folder. Double-click to open it.
Right-click on the photo you wish to print.
Left-click on Print in the list.

The error indicates an error in communication either between cartridges or the cartridges and the printer. turn the printer on, place the picture on the glass, on the printer under mode press the big silver button until the scan light comes on  then press select, you should hear the picture scanning, then on the computer, go under my pictures and you should see that picture. 

Try uninstalling your Printer than reboot your PC.
What ever you using as you Anti virus (Norton,McAfee what ever) Disable it.
Then install your Lexmark P4350

What program are you using to print the pictures? In order for picture to print properly, you must go into the printer properties and tell the printer to fit to one page. Most pictures are larger that 8 1/2" x 11" or 4" x 6" so you must tell it what size the print is and to limit the print to one page, usually by telling the printer to fit to one page or by using scaling. Let me know if you need further help and also please include the program and printer information.

This link will take you to a manual for the Lexmark 310/315 series. It doesn't show the P310 Photo Printer exactly but the information can be helpful. On Page 15 is tells you how to get the printer to print exactly the picture you want. You need to refer to the instructions that came with your camera for PictBridge connection and usage. It helped me.

If the Lexmark software doesn't work you could just try using other software. Picasa http://picasa.google.com is a free photo management software and does a great job of printing photos. You can scan from an application like Word or using the "Get Picture using Scanner Wizard" menu that shows up when you right click the Scanner in My Computer in Windows.
