I had this problem with my CLP-550, which is now 5 years old and is still on the starter toner cartridges. I found a solution at the following URL, where I at least found a picture of the imaging unit:
http://pcproblemi.blogspot.com/2008/08/replacing-imaging-unit-on-samsung-clp.html
It must have been a contact problem on my imaging unit, because all I did was remove the unit and put it back.
You need to open the toner casing and the duplex unit. Then open the top housing, exposing the imaging unit. Open the plastic retaining levers at front and back of the imaging unit, and just lift it out (not too far), and then put it back.
I then closed the whole thing and it again worked perfectly.
Hope this helps someone.

Did you recently change any consumable part (toner, drum, etc)?

SOURCE: Invalid Imaging Unit and Toners

My Samsung CLX3160FN was working flawlessly till a surge hit it. The network connection stopped working. But everything else worked fine, it copied beautifully, faxed great, scanned like a champ, just did not do it over the network any more. Samsung was real fast about sending me a new main board and a technician to my house. Now nothing works. It is giving a red warning and says all the toners and the imaging unit are invalid. The technician couldn't figure out what was wrong. He said he would order me a new printer. I just hope I get a new one and not a refurbished one. Mine worked great and I hate to get a problem unit from someone else. The technician said he believes that the new card has a bios problem in it and was not properly programned for my printer.

Invalid image olympus

I would take them to a computer and copy them to it, and see if you can read them there. It may be that there's some bad sectors on the removable media (memory card), or the camera itself is having some issues reading it. Either way, if they are recoverable, your best bet is to move them to something that is more stable, and as soon as possible.

Once they are on the computer, try to open them in whatever software can do so. If they're a RAW camera format, you'll need a special codec (driver-sort of thing) or software to read them. If you're saving them as JPEG/JPG or another common file type, your computer should be able to open them natively.

If they are still unable to be opened (and give you errors) then either the memory card is bad, or something is wrong with the way the camera is saving the files. In either case, I would replace that memory card as soon as possible.

This graph represented differential system of equations y1'(x)=y2(x), y2'(x)=-y1(x) for initial conditions y1(0)=0, y2(0)=-1.Finally, x axes=y1(x) and y axes=y2(x)

Invalid Imaging Unit and Toners

Sorry about my last post. I didn't realize that it would be placed unter solutions. BUT I did get a resolution from Samsung. They passed me to the advanced team and they suggested I use a special code they gave me to reset all the machine. As I said before the machine was giving me an error that all the toners and the imaging unit were invalid. Samsung said to try this and if it didn't work they would send me a new (refurb) unit. They said to press in sequence <menu><#><1><9><3><start (b&w)> then when the unit cycles it will ask to imput the country, in my case I entered the US. The machine will then reset itself and all the cartridges and imaging unit should be reset to work. IT WORKED!! The machine said to wait while it re-installs the toners. When it did the red warning light turned off and the printer is working great. Hope this helps.
