levsgob - yes you need to download Mobile Phone Tools you can go to brvp.com or install the cd if you have one.
EXINRON - try resetting the phone and if that does not work then you may have a mms setting problem and u will need to contact your provider for further assistance
Its the vibrating mechanism that went bad. Seen it a million times. Go get that fixed at your local cellphone repair shop. If you need the part or want us to do it for you check my profile.
Well look on your settings and set your ringing volume to full . check your phone for any settings that may affect your fone ringing . e.g make sure it isnt on silent , Hope i helped
