After being asked to call a number of different phone numbers, I was finally able to order a lid for this from the company that manufacturers this slow cooker for Sears.

1-800-361-4639

$25.90, shipped to the US (the company is located in Canada) for the lid.

The part # is: 1003kj.
Note that the Sears model number for the slow cooker is KKC275.
The Sears item # is 68332 (even though the plate on the cooker and manual both say that the MODEL number is 68332).

Hope this helps,

Brian

Need a replacement lid for an 84604 west bend 4 quart Oblong slo cooker

The only place I've seen them is on Ebay. The West Bend site doesn't seem to carry a replacement for the glass casserole lids any more. On Ebay I've seen the glass lids for both 6/4 quart models and 5/3 quart models. I am not sure, but I think the 6/4 pans and lids are just a little longer than the 5/3 pans and lids.

I am confused is the russell hobbs slow cooker a slow cooker or is it a pressure cooker i am looking for a pressure cooker not a slow cooker

Russel Hobbs makes both a slow cooker and a pressure cooker - confusingly in Europe they call Slow Cookers pressure cookers. The only way to really tel is if there is a special lid with valves and locks (pressure cooker) not a glass or plain lid (slow cooker).

Lid for 5070 slow cooker

I think your best bet is to invest in a new cooker. I've been all over the internet for at least 2 weeks and could find no replacement lid for this model. The 5070 had a recall issue and Rival was replacing the base but appears to have no availabiliy of lids or other replacement parts. If you want the larger 7 quart model I believe the Rival SCV702 is still on the market. Only problem is that it looks just like the 5070 and has the same oval lid. I'm giving up on looking for this part and considering looking into another brand
