We have a Maytag Neptune washer Model MAH3000AWW Serial number 25132662UQ. The water pumped out but the spin cycle does not spin, still have excess water on the clothes. We check the fuse box, test the buttons, the belt is ok .you can here it try to run, still no spinning. We opened it up look for any wire problem, we can't see any thing wrong. Please help Jon

sounds like your control board is going out. when control board is replaced you want to replace wax motor as well

It sounds like the bearings in the rear outer tub have gone out. This is caused from using powder soap. ( It also happens with liquid sometimes) This is a common problem with front load washers. This is a also a very costly fix. You have to replace the whole outer tub assembly. To get an exact cost just call your local service tech and tell them what your problem is and they can give an idea how much it will be.

there are 2 wires going back to the board. They connect to a blue harness. Make sure their is continuity thru the harness. It connects to 3 out of balance swithches. Also check to see if lock light comes on.
