Hi i m using lenovo 3000 y500 bt as the windows is nt starting up its not agoing ahead after the boot screen i tried to boot the windows wid the bootable cd bt nothing happens its nt evn booting

Try to boot in safe mode.it should come up with bypassing all the drivers. then try removing the driver that cause the issue and reboot

make sure you have bluetooth device and plug in to your laptop
see the device manager and try to refresh to find new device if theres no new device maybe your bluetooth was damaged
try to replace it and start all over again

Bluetooth not working after OS re-install on Lenovo 3000 Y500 lap

if you install xp then find out the xp drivers in www.lenovo.com > select country > support and downloads > model number> etc. After downloading file >install the driver > after installation reboot your computer > after machin on you just switch on the wifi or bluetooth switch (near you laptop hinzes) and try it.

try to disable start up items that are not required...for that u have to boot in safe mode and type msconfig in Run

Late startup problem

there is some kind of conflict hdd and dvd, check there jumpers master/slave, if u could not do this consult a technician.
