I had the same problem. I plugged a USB charger into the headset and turned the power switch off. It worked as normal after that. I think it does not like to be "on" when the USB is disconnected. Anyway it seems the plugging/unplugging kick-started it.

My motorola h270 bluetooth device will not connect to my sprint lg rumor 2 can you help me solve this problem. thanks

Charge your bluetooth device fully.
when ready, turn on your phone's bluetooth software (settings/bluetooth/on)
press and HOLD the power button on your device until it blinks 3 times (or continuously) wait for your phone to see it.
Usually the pairing code is 0000
the phone should let you know when it is complete.
Good luck.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

How do I pair my motorola bluetooth with my htc ozone

You need to start with the headset in the off position, than hold that power button until the headset light flashes red and blue or solid blue. Then find the headset on your phone by going to the Bluetooth menu and selcting "Add Device" or what ever the pairing option is for your phone. Pin Code (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros)

It won't turn on. how do i fix it?

A steady blue light means it's in "pairing mode". Did you try to pair it with your phone during this time?

Connecting a motorola h715 headset to a motorola razr

turn the bluetooth feature on the phone on, power up the headset, it should be solid blue. Then tell the phone to pair (or find devices). There are video instructions on pairing Motorola headset to the phone on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category. Example are for Motorola and Nokia phones. Even if you have a different phone it should give the general idea as to what the pattern is that you need to follow.

I have a blackberry curve and am wanting to pair my bluetooth HS850 to it. Please help!

There actually is a trick to the HS850 - flip the boom closed, then hold down the button just until the light holds solid - IMMEDIATELY after it does flip the boom open and this should keep the light solid. Then on your cell/device search for bluetooth devices - you should be able to find it now. Passkey for most devices is 0000.

Motorola Bluetooth® Headset H555

This will vary depending on the model of your phone. First off, you need to ensure that you are using a bluetooth enabled phone.

On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button down until the power light stays lit. This may take 5 seconds or more. Now your bluetooth is in pairing mode.

You will need to enter the settings and tools menu. From within that menu, you need to find either "connections" or "bluetooth" and select. Make sure bluetooth is enabled. There will be an option to add a new device.

Back to the phone, you want to hit "add new device". On certain models of phone you additionally have to select "search for devices". Your phone will recognize any headsets in pairing mode. When it is finished scanning, allow the phone to add your headset. It will ask you for the device pin code. This pin code will be 0000.
