Picture freezes when I'm online and camming when I invite another to view my cam, it works for a few minutes then freezes up and the program locks up. I do have Yahoo Messenger running and a chat site online at the same time. I use the cam on Yahoo, because I've had nothing but problems with live Messenger.

if you are using yahoo mesenger,click on action tab..then click view webcam if you want to view live with your chatmate....or click invite to view my webcam if you want your chatmate to view or he/she can send invitation asking permission to view your cam...make sure your both cam device are installed to view each other...

well i dont thing it s your cam you have to check and see if you get good internet conection update your messenger memory slow in your pc could olso a cause
