    Hello dahaka-My problem is that I have the photo files loaded onto a thumb drive, which is attached to the USB on the digital photo frame.I click on PHOTO and it says that it is loading, but then it says, 'no playable file"-----thank you for your prompt [email protected]

    Hi-Okay-the photos are originally in my IPhoto file on my Mac Laptop. Now--on the digital photo frame, there is an icon labeled PHOTOS. (There is nothing to right click)I can click on the photo icon, and then it says 'loading' and then 'no playable file'.If I click on the arrow pointing to the right on the remote for the photo frame,
    it moves over to 'Setup'.When I click again on the right arrow on the remote, it brings up a screen with four icons, and the top one opens and it says Interval Time, or Transition Effect, . I do not see anything that says 'properties'.Sorry to be so stupid. Also, is there anywhere that I could possibly get a users guide for this thing? [email protected]

    Roberta, do you know what kind of file are the photos?
    If you dont right-click over the photo icon and select properties. Once you see the type of file it is, let me know.

How do I install photos on my Sylvania Digital Photo Frame Model SFPF785?

Relax, you have over six months until Christmas. Just follow the instructions in the manual, especially with regard to the picture size and dimensions.

Trutech Digital Photo Frame

Image quality using default factory settings is awful. Colors are over-blown, faces are washed-out, and highlights are cropped. People on the internet compained that there is no brightness control -- there is..but its hidden in a menu. Press the Setup button on the remote and move to the "System" settings. I've found these settings produce a fairly correct balance of color, detail, and brightness:

* Brightness=5
* Contrast=1
* Saturation=2

Trutech digital photo frame

Most digital photo frames do not have internal memory and require external media to be plugged in permanently. Only the expensive ones have there own memory and usually not a lot.

Get an SD card and move your photos to it, that way you won't need to have the USB drive sticking out of the frame. That's if the frame has an SD slot.

Get some tape, and tape a picture on top of it. Good for absolutely nothing else.
