In case you dont have the driver/ software CD, you can download the drivers/ software for free from the internet. Click here to visit HP Official Support for HP DeskJet F370 and download "Driver - Product Installation Software" and double-click the downloaded file, follow the on-screen instruction to install the required drivers/ software.

reinstall the drivers from the cd with the printer disconnected from the computer and after that is done reconect and reboot .
