Hi albookristin
I believe evrytime you tried to print, they all lined up in a queue for printing. If that is the case, you have to delete everything in the queue
Right click on the printer folder, look under documents, and see there are documents listed. If there are few, delete all of them. In some cases, you may have to print one at a time.

After doing all that, try to print a document. For test purposes type a one line document and try to print it.
Hope this will work for you.
Have a good day

WHAT DO I DO TO CANCEL CURRENT PRINTING THAT I ALREADY PRINTED TWICE AND ITS GOING TO PRINT TWO MORE TIMES. HELP

Look for the little icon of a printer in the task bar. It's located in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Double click the icon. A window will come up with a print job list. Right-click on the one you want to cancel, then select delete. It may not remove the file at first, but you can also unplug the printer for 1 minute to clear the memory.

C84 Wont print red

The printer colour cartridges are magenta, cyan and yellow. The printer prints "red" by mixing magenta and yellow ink. So, if you only get yellow when you print red, it means you aren't getting any magenta ink on the paper.

Have you tried a cleaning cycle? If not, try one (right click the little printer icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and select head clean). Now run a nozzle check (right click the little printer icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and select nozzle check). Is there any sign of magenta ink on the paper. Try up to three cleaning cycles. If ink is now flowing, but not yet perfectly, don't carry out any more cleaning cycles. Just leave the printer for 24 hours (to allow any air in the print head to disperse). Then repeat the cleaning cycle/wait process. It may take a while to restore a perfect nozzle check print.

If you have already done lots of head cleans with no result, are you sure you have a good magenta ink cartridge? To eliminate the possibility of a faulty cartridge, buy a new set of compatibles on E-Bay - they're very cheap. You can always re-use the old one later if it turns out it is OK.

If none of the above works, then you may have blocked magenta print head nozzles. You can try soaking the print heads for 24 hours (or more), as follows. Turn the printer on, and as soon as the print head moves out of its parking position, pull the power cord out of the back, or turn the printer off at the mains. You may now carefully move the print head by hand over to the left hand side out of the way. Look inside the print head parking area on the right and you will see a small rubber cup that comes up to cover the print nozzles when the head is parked (to stop it drying out). Use a syringe or dropper to fill this cup with head cleaning fluid or distilled water. DO NOT USE TAP WATER. Carefully push the print head by hand fully into its parking position so that the cup full of fluid
comes up over the print head. Do not turn the printer on at any stage in this process. Leave this for at least 24 hours, then turn the printer on and try a head clean/nozzle check again. If you get any magenta ink on the nozzle check, then there is hope! Repeat the process until you get a full magenta nozzle check. If nothing, repeat the process once more.

If still nothing, post a new comment detailing what you have done and the results.

Colgged printer heads on an epson c80 printer

My dell a920 printer wont print

Try this:

Open your "Printers and Faxes" folder in the Control Panel (which you find by clicking on the Start button of you computer).

Double click on the icon for the printer you're having trouble with (Dell A920 in your case).

In that little box that pops up it shows all the documents that are waiting to print. Click on the Printer tab in the upper left hand corner and hit cancel all documents in the drop-down list.

Sometimes it will erase all but the last one, and it will forever say "deleting."

If that's the case, restart you computer go through the same steps I just outlined before trying to print anything else. Usually this will fix the problem of print jobs waiting in line to get printed.

To help prevent this problem in the future, watch real close whenever you try to print something, and when you see it isn't going to print, hit "cancel print" real quick before it gets bogged down and stuck. Then make sure there are no document "in queue" (as per the instructions above) before you try to print anything else.

Hope this helps!

WHEN I HIT PRINT NOTHING COME OUT BUT WHEN I SHUT DOWN THEN I START IT UP AGAIN THE PRINT COME OUT WHY

check and make sure the printer is "online" - look under the printers and scanners applet
Make sure spooling is active
This sounds like the print buffer is not active so the print job is being written to your hard drive instaed of the printer buffer.
Send the document to the printer then double click on the print manager icon in the status area of the screen ( bottom right hand corner) you should see the document in the list and if there is a problem, scroll along to the right to read what is happening with the document.
If this list is full, cancel all documents and clear this list.
Then reboot your machine to clear the printer buffer and the printer should not print anything on reboot.
Then print the document again but only once, then recheck print managers list.
Most printing issues can be seen here in print manager..

let me know if this helps
