I get this message: "640(Fine) is not available" when I set my camera on the video recording option. Seems to be a memory problem. What does this mean?

How can i increase video recording time of my Nokia 6303 i Classic. I have 2 GB memory card but it donot record videos longer than 1 minute?

this is the most irrelevant and misplaced option (for controlling the size of a video captures by the video camera) (honestly even though i had the same problem , and somehow i find the option, and solve it ,but i`m nearly 1 hour wondering for the same option for you to solve your problem)
i had the same situation ,but mine was worse , my camera captured only 5 sec (you don`t have any problem for approximately unlimited amount of time for your capturing, even if you`re just using your 2GB memory card ,still is more than you can imagine : but remember your nokia 6303i classic ,could use additional storage device, and act as a host for that kind of device : you can easily connect your flash memory (by choosing the right usb adapter )directly to your nokia device, and your mobile detect this memory as a host , and all you need to do , is to change your saving contents location (actually , i connect my (8G Flash + 16G integrated ram reader) mp3 player directly to the phone by USB ,and through the os of nokia , i can browse , play ,locate, and set as saving place)
HERE IS YOUR SOLUTION: the reason that your camera ,capturing time is limited in time , is for limit of the MMS (multimedia messages) ...
  • go to your video camera
  • in the option menu you will find setting/video clip length (set it to MAX AVAILABLE instead of for MMS messages)(its better to set your photo/video storage to memory card or other folder in case you have much more available memory and need to capture 2 days of recording)...
  • IMPORTANT NOTE : it may you wont see the option the first time you select camera ,,make sure you select video camera/setting ,and the option will be there

(additional setting related) so to correct this ,you must go to your messaging setting (who the **** think that the reason may be in there ) select MORE / Msg. settings / multimedia messages
and set the MMS creation mode free (or guided maybe works)instead of restricted
and the default timing ,is define limit in time,if the option restricted ,is selected

HELP ME : i`m killing myself to find a software solution ,for monitoring my video recording ,on my pc monitor ,(in case i want to record my self :while playin music ),and something that make n.6303i act like a web cam ,,,then i can use an application for video recording ,and synch my capture button with ,record audio from another port (for high quality studio sound )instead of her poor microphone ,,, as a matter of fact i did find a solution (named : mobiola screen capture for xxx(mobile models)
and it says ,that its supporting n.6303i ,,nevertheless the app for the device is in *.sys format ,and i never see (and nokia ovi suit say`s so :your mobile doesn`t support this type of ,,,,) is there anyone out there overcome with this problem before , the n.6303i get airial directly to the wall ?

How do you make recordings on your motorola L6 (record things)

Hello there,

To make recordings on your phone is quite simple. All you need to do is to go to the phones menu, select multimedia, then in the multimedia list you will see recording, then you select it, you can either make video recording or audio recording.

When you are ready just select the record button.

Shortcut to recording a vidoe, just open the camera from the menu, then you select option and select video recording, it will bring out the record option and from there you can record the video you are willing to make.

I get a message on the screen that says, "recording disabled." How do I fix this? I have a Sony Handycam DVD/RW Wide LCD

This message appears when mini dvd disc got some error in recording tracks, if its rewritable mini disc then format it as option is available in camera settings menu and if disc is once writable then use another disc as it can not be formatted.
Caution: Format will erase/ delete all files on dvd disc and refresh the dvd disc.

My camera Canon powershot SD750 is recording very fast forward movies..please help

It sounds like you're in "Fast Frame Rate" video mode. Turn on the camer to video mode, then press right/left to select normal 640 pixel video. (Depending on the camera model, you may or may not have to press "Func" or "Func Set" first).

I can't view advanced options. The date stamp on/off button has vanished. My Polaroid i634 has been restored to original settings, and now iconc/buttons are no longer there. How do I turn the date stamp...

I turned it on, and pressed the video/live recording button that was next to the trash/delete button. That is a whole other menu. After pressing the video/live recording button, I just went up to the first selection, "Program." That takes it off the basic/Q-Mode, which opens additonal options, like ISO and Date Stamp on/off. So basically:
1) Turn on, having the camera on picture taking mode, not review picture mode.
2) Press Video/Live Recording button.
3) Go to first option, called "Program"
4) In this mode, many other options are available, and there will be smaller icons.

I can't record more then 20 sec video file

I'm sorry to inform you but after researching your camera only records for 20 seconds. It has nothing to do with your card. Only 20 second blocks of time.

Movie mode - The total amount of recording time available is shown by the green "00:20" in the lower right hand corner. This is SHQ 640x480 resolution at 30fps, the maximum recording time is 20 seconds. In the lower quality 640x480 @ 15fps or 320x240 size, the recording time is limited only by space on your xD card. The shaking hand icon indicates that we have the image stabilizer turned on.

Vidoe option on camera used to work, but now: 640(fine) is not available

Hi

I think to work on 640 fine you need a much higher memory stick, I use a 2gb in mine and it is fine (that is when the camera works) .You get 24 minutes or more on the 2gb stick and that is at 640 fine.

Dime

Hmmm, for recording videos you just have to go to the movie mode and press the button
Photographies doesn't seem proper because of all the black dots on the LCD screen, once on the computer, they're good.
And maybe you can't record videos cuz you don't have a memory stick and you're trying to record on 640 MP fine quality. For that you have to get more than 128 mb on your memory stick.
