That is a parental lock code, someone had to put that code in there, likely it was your daughter to fool with you. Without the code you are locked out, period.

Hi there.

As much as we want to provide you a PUK code, PUK codes are sim card dependent. It is not like locked phone that we can unlock using codes or apps. The PUK code can be found in the sim package. It is on the card where you took out the sim card. If you no longer have it, you can call your service provider and ask for it.

you can find the puk code of it on the box or papers provided after you buy it

The best advice is to contact Verizon or bring the phone to a Verizon service center. I think that trying to work with the phone or using a service to unlock the code may lead to loss of info in the phone.

Hi Christine,

Do not worry about anything. You can easily obtain the PUK code without any charge, from your service provider by calling on Customer care number.
PUK is PIN Unlocking Code. When you enter a wrong PIN for 3 times the SIM gets locked and asks for a PUK code. Once you get the PUK code from your service provider you can create a new PIN for the SIM card.

Please note that if you Enter a Wrong PUK 10 times your SIM card will be corrupt and you will not be able to use it. So please do not try to guess the PUK.
PUK code cannot be generated by any software. Only your service provide can give you the PUK code for your SIM.
