I have installed a Sterling Shower Door...Everything went well with the installation except, the magnets are not magnetized and will not seal....everything is aligned properly. Is there anything I can do to magnetize them?

It sounds like you need the sweep or seal that keeps water in the enclosure. install new diverter stem, or rebuild old one

sterling is an inexpensive kohler product,....go to a plumbing supply store with your #s and they'll be able to get what you need.

call 800-sterling they can send u out a new set or any other questions u have sterling is a kolher company

this is your mission should you choose to accept it,...one magnet comes out, (usually the door one), what ever one it is, slide it out and put it back in top to bottom-bottom to top, and you'll be all set. let me know if you need more help,......good luck.

curved cut glass will not always be the exact dimensions though they may look identical there should be several set screws on both the door glass frame and the shower glass frame that can be loosened and reset to make the door fit and close and open more properly without seeing the showwer itself i can not tell you exactly where they are but they should be either visible or behind a facade piece of metal frame

are you sure your measurements are correct? hate to be looking like i'm playing devils advocate for sterling, but i've installed many shower doors and had made this mistake once,.....write me and maybe i can help rectify this potential goof,......

The problem is that the supply lines coming into that shower faucet have been installed wrong. In other words, the cold is on the left side and the hot on the right side, just the opposite of what it should be. This is an easy fix if you can get to the pipes feeding the shower.
