YAAAAYYYY I DID IT!!! Put the scooter upside down, with the handle bars on the ground. Push the back side down, HARD, while pulling the bottom out. Hope that helps. Santa brought these scooters for my kids and it's now JUNE and we finally got them open. Good luck!

read the manual very well and carefully

If it's a 2 wheel scooter, there is a silver disk on the right side of the hinge. Push it in really hard. Once it's done it's easy to do again. I couldn't get it the 1st time, my husband did it for me. The disk is silver and it's solid, in the middle of black hinges. I hopethis helps!

check the bolts or knots or I think its an allen wrench, check in the box if there is a tools it comes to it, and it should be an allen wrench. Now if you find one, simply loosen the allen wrench knot or bolt and then unfold the scooter and tight it back the bolt. ok

While the scooter is folder, grab the neck and push it in and down at a slant. You will notice how it sinks in a little, once in and down at the right angle you can pull it open.

there should be a silver latch near the base that you hold to release the handle. The lever i think is by the front wheel on my daughters... hope this helps

Call MGA toll free 1 800 222 4685 and they will walk you through the procedure. You have you put one hand on the slanted bar with the yellow label on it and one hand on the foot board and push in and down at the same time. Push at the same angle as the slanted bar. I couldn't get ours open either so I called the company - Good Luck!
