The phone may be blocking the headset. Bluetooth security can be turned on or off, letting the headset recognise the phone etc. Try this.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

Cannot connect to my ear piece

have you gone through the pairing process? Also make sure your old phone is turned off when you pair the new one.
If you need pairing instructions, a video on H710 headset might help you - it should be pretty similar. The video is on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category (Motorola Bluetooth headset H710).

No sound on headset even though it has been appropriately paired to my Treo

I too faced exactly the same problem..My phone was the Nokia N70...I too thought initially this was a problem with the headset...But when I had my phone re-started, then the headset started working fine...So I think this problem is related to the phone...Try this out...All the best!

Motorola H350 doesn't connect...

The issue is with the PS3s compatibility with the H350. Sony should be fixing some of the issues with an update, but from what i've checked online, the H350 is a problematic headset. i just got one as well, and have connection issues with it online.
