My Dehumidifer runs, but does not collect any water. The fan and condenser both are working/running, but no water is collecting in the bucket. There is plenty of moisture in the air for the the unit to take in.
By condenser I assume you mean the compressor is running. Is there ice forming on the front coil?

I have the SAME problem!

Same problem on Comfort-Aire BHD-651 purchased October 2006.
Unit runs but no water drains. Fan is working and filter is clean. I think unit is freezing up.
After unit has been running for awhile, it is making a lot of noise. It seems there is less air flowing through too.
Any suggestions to visually check for freezing?

I have the same problem and no there is no ice-up.
