I bought this HD ready 32" TV nearly 5 weeks ago to get the most out of my PS3 and to get digital ready as the government keeps warning us. However after a week the digital services (built into TV) came up ' Error digital sevices not available'. 24 hours later the digital was back working so I played it no mind. Nearly a week later hte same problem was back and I have not been able to access any digital chanel or service since and get the same message.
There is no problem with the signal as my 4 year old digital box gets a clear picture on all but a few ITV nad C4 channels. I have tried to get though to Orion but their idea of customer sefrvice is to switch an answering machine on for messages and then they never call you back.
Any ideas/help? Am I stuck with returning it and hoping the replacement will actually?
Factory reset hold volume button on tv down all the way while holding it down hold number 1 on your remote goes to stanby turn back on..
38 inch orion flat sceen lcd hd ready freeview built in TV, had to reset to factory defaults as was unable to access auto tune menu whilst on digital TV. When it comes back on, it goes to terrestruial TV and auto tunes this but when I try to go to the digital channels, I get error message cannot access digital channels, how can I overcome this.
Hi! recently we have the same problem with this TV and we could solve it by desconecting the tv from electricity with the tv switched on, after a minute we reconected and then it works perfectly...almost until now
My 29inches LCD tv shows a red standby light and won't on if I press the power key.
any help?
