When a printer outputs the pages face up (most inkjet printers), then the resulting page stack will be reversed (first page face up, then second face up on top of it, and so on). Most printers offer an option to reverse the print order, so the last page is printed first, resulting in a printed stack in correct order.
Look for an appropriate setting in your printer preferences. It is usually called "start printing from last page" or "reverse page order" or something to that effect.
When you find it and want to make it permanent, remember to change this setting in the "Default print setup", which in Windows printer properties is located in the Advanced tab, bottom left. Setting it in printer preferences only will not make the change permanent for every subsequent print job.

Prints last page first

The solution for your problem is simple. When you print you have to uncheck the option where it says "Print last page first". Or use the following steps: 1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open the document to be printed
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK

Prints backwards

You mean your printer prints from last page to first page, right?

Check your printer settings/preferences and change the page print order settings.
You can change the printer preferences from most Windows applications (click File/Print ..., select you printer, then click on Preferences).
You can also change the settings from Control Panel/Printers or else click Start/Settings/Printers, then select your printer icon and right click on it, then click on Properties and, under the 'General' tab click the printing preferences.
