How do i replace oven heat element? It is a GE Profile electric glass top range, model # JBP90WV2WW serial # ZM203767G

As long as you have continuity, they are fine, and it should be around 20 ohms plus or minus

The fuse for a GE Profile electric range model JBP79A0B2AA is usually located behind the control panel, near the power cord. You may need to use a putty knife or thin flathead screwdriver to gently pry the control panel away from the wall before accessing the fuse.

Could you please double check that model number? I don't see a oven under that number.

check that u have continuity through the elements if you dont then replace the element next if you do have continuity through both elements check to make sure you have power coming from the main control to the element if you dont have any power leaving the control board then replace the control

the heating element should have 2 screws in, when removed pull the element towards you then pull off the 2 wires,replace in reverse order.

You can DIY. The element will be about $40.00. Turn the power off to the range. Unscrew the element and pull it out carefully. Remove the wires. Reverse this order to re-install the new element.
Turn the range back on and bake me a cake.

You have faulty regulator, or the element is faulty., not sure how you access the inside.
