Here's a video that shows how to properly load supplies into the gun. It's possible that the supplies aren't loaded properly..

To buy a Paxar Monarch 9855 you can buy it to the nearest appliance center or any electronic center in your place. If you can not see that in your place you can buy it through online. Visit and inquire it in ebay or amazon website.

Instead of me explaining how to do this, Avery Dennison, the folks that now own Monarch/Paxar, have a site where you can either read a PDF or use one of their videos -

* Step 1 Pull the latches back and open the cover until you hear a click.

Step 2 Tear off the first ten inches of the labels and liner.

Step 3 Place the label roll between the holders.

Step 4 Drape the supply across the labeler and position it in the center over the peel bar.

Step 5 Close the cover.

Step 6 Hold the trigger down while holding the labeler upside down.

Step 7 Feed label strip over the roller and into the large slot under the arrows.

Step 8 Hold the strip in place and squeeze the trigger eight times, until the labels feed through the rear exit.

Step 9 Remove and discard any loose labels.

I know that sometimes that written steps and documentation, though helpful to some, is not as helpful where video can step in. Towards the top of the page, there is a video link, click that. Then click on the 1130 link and you should have what you need.

The 9403 has no USB port, you must use a serial to usb adapter into the pc and select the COM port that you assign to the adapter.
