My crystal eye cam lets me take pictures and everything, but when I get on yahoo, and turn the cam on, it comes on but the screen has different colored bars and doesn't work.
I just bought a laptop Acer Extensa 5620 about 1 month ago. After 2 weeks with me, I upgraded the OS from Vista home edition to Vista Ultimate 32 bits. Everything alright, but the menu for empowering Technology had gone, so I can,t get the my Cystal Eye Camera.
My question is, how to return back the Empowering Menu so Ican open again the web camera.
On my emachines laptop I don't know how to use the webcam, because it is built in can anyone help me out here? I would really appreciate your help, thanks.

i have the acer extensa 5620G and my crystal eye works for messenger and yahoo but i can't open it normally on my laptop? is there a special program for it or what???
my acer model aspire 5710g has no video recording i can only take still shot.
