Hi, To turn on the alarm function in the Clock application on the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps: In the Clock application, press the Menu key. Click Set Alarm. Set the alarm time by highlighting the hour, minute, and 12-hour notation fields and rolling the trackball. Highlight the text beside the alarm time. Roll the trackball and select either ON (everyday) or WEEKDAYS (weekdays only). Press the Escape key. An alarm indicator appears in the bottom left corner of the Clock application. To set alarm notification options To set the alarm notification options, complete the following steps: In the Clock application, press the Menu key. Click Options. In the Alarm section, choose an option for the Alert Type, Alarm Tune, Volume, Snooze Time, and Number of Vibrations fields. Press the Menu key. Click Save.

To stop the alarm you have to disable ((all)) the alarms.
In (cx-808) you can set 8 alarms; so you have to press "alarm" , then "modify" 8 times. (on the right cornor shows the number of the alarms.)

How do I unhide alarms 2 and 3?
Set multiple alarms. If any alarm is active,(picture of alarm hear) appears in time display A. Press MODE repeatedly until ALARM appears, followed by ALM1. Press STOP/RESET to select Alarm to set. B. Press SET/RECALL to set alarm. HOURS digits will flash. Press +/- to change HOURS. C. Press NEXT and +/- to set MINUTES, AM or PM (if primary time display is in 12-hour format), DAILY, WKDAYS, WKENDS, or day of the week (weekly alarm). D. Press DONE to exit. E. Press +/- to set different Alarm. Set as above. F. In Alarm mode, press START/SPLIT to turn Alarm ON or OFF. TIP: Alarms apply to selected Time Zone of watch display. What settings in alarm do you need to set? In case you want to set the alarm time, tap Start >> Settings. Go to System tab and open Click and Alarms, tap on Alarms tap at the bottom and you may set the alarms from there.
In order to set the alarm tone, tap Start >> Settings. Open Sounds and Notifications in Personal tab, make sure that the checkbox for Programs and Notifications is checked. Now go to Notifications tab, in the event select Reminders and you may configure the alarm behavior and ring tone in there.

Alarm goes off at midnight & repeats for half hour, and not set
what you have to do is
1. press the mode button until you get to the setting that has "AL" at the bottom right.
2. then you press the "receive" button to switch between the four alarms.
3. as you are going through each alarm time, you need to look in the circle at the top right. When you are going through the alarm times, if there is a mark next to "ALM", you need to press the "time memo" button so that the mark next to "ALM" is no longer there.
4. repeat step fout for all of the alarms, and the problem should be fixed.

T-mobile dash multiple alarms
The solution is a follows; If you have any legit alarms already set, disable them before proceeding

1) As soon as the unwanted alarm goes off , look at what time your phone says it is and make a note of it. (if you know EXACTLY what time it goes off at, then go to the next step)

2) Goto Start -> Clock & Alarm -> Alarm

3) Set the alarm time for the exact time from step #1. Set alarm to On.

4) Click Done, done, and done

5) Goto Start -> Clock & Alarm -> Alarm

6) Change the alarm to Off.

7) Click Done, done, and done

That's it, the alarm should now be disabled for this unwanted alarm, if you have multiple unwanted alarms, repeat this procedure for each.

Duplicate alarms
I may be off base but might the problem be as simple as the frequency being set for the alarm. What I mean to say is, might the default reminder time for the alarm be set to such a low setting like sec's or minutes leaving the unit to repeat the alarm rapidly prior to your being able to dismiss/snooze. Good luck.
