You more and likely would need new printheads, this particular printer is one of the worst HP ever produced. i have these in the shop weekly.

I have a HP Office Pro L7580, model #C8187A. I am getting white horizontal lines across my documents. The white lines appear about every two to three inches. The top portion of the letters are missing

The black print head has a few blocked nozzles.
Inkjet printers need to be used frequently to prevent ink drying out and blocking the print head nozzles.
If the print head cleaning maintenance routine does not clear the blockages, then print head needs replacing, but it may be expensive.
It may be more cost effective to buy a later model and better printer than replace the print head.

My HP officejet Pro L7580 says the printhead has a problem

Re-insert the print cartridges. It is also possible that the heads are burnt. Get a new set of print heads (black/yellow) and install to the printer. If problem persists, clean the contacts on the printers. Use acetone + cotton swabs.

Hi, it sounds like a faulty ink cartridge. Try changing the black cartridge and see if this helps
