Mmm you have to check the device model for the driver
use this software
Install it and run it when you are online
Go and click the missing drives(don't need to register)
Go to device information and Identify the driver model (or log all the info in your next reply)
Will continue from there

Go into your device manager and update or roll back the audio driver, or do a windows update for everything and see if it locates the driver for you. It is a common occurrence that device drivers "disappear" from time to time. It can happen when installing and uninstalling software and other times, who knows the other reasons? But it does happen. Sometimes if you uninstall the device from the device manager and reboot the computer, windows finds it as a new device and will re-install the drivers from the proper directory as long as they are not corrupt. I hope this helps and good luck!

Go to your device manager, find your sound card device (get the name), remove it. Reboot your computer to see if it will load.
If not, go to the manufacturer web site and get a replacement driver.
If none of this is possible, go to www.pcpitstop.com and have them do a free PC scan for you. Among the reports you will receive is a list of hardware on your computer. With that information in hand, visit the manufacture web site and get what you need.
PC Pitstop will want to sell you the uptate driver service ... and I can tell you from experience, the subscription service they offer is top notch ... if you need drivers and want to stay up to date.
