Well your best bet is to contact your service provider the one whom originally provided service for your phone (AT&T).

They will have to help you unlock that phone as that model is not covered by the cell phone unlocking program that I would normally use to generate a code.

If its the new tmobile sim card that has been blocked you will need to contact Tmobile to help unlock it.

When did you add the data feature for tmobile service? there is a provisionary period of 24-48hrs to work after adding it and if its past that tmobile (611) and request for a tech rep to preconfigure the phone for you because its a non-supported tmobile phone they have to check settings for it

You most likely have the wrong MMS settings. Call T-Mobile wireless technical support to get the correct settings and change them in the VU.
