1-An object is blocking the blades
The unit has been running for too long
and the (self re-setting) thermal cut out
has engaged.
Call authorized repair shop or The unit will reset itself.
2-The electrical power supply is not active
The motor or the pressure chamber is
defective
the outlet is blocked or installed incorrectley, outlet frozen to great a incline, pipe to small, non treturn valve has debri on top of iot so fails to open fully on the pump start
sounds like there could be a blockage inside which is effecting the pump or the float switch look on the saniflo website for instructions how to clean etc or phone there tec department
turboflush uses a pcb mounted pressure sensor to switch the unit on/off. there is a small tube that connects to this unit. make sure that is ok and connected. otherwise its a new pcb i'm afraid. look online more info from saniflo-pumpshop.co.uk
Sounds like a stuck float switch .. probably due to gunk inside the macerator. You'll need to empty all of the water out of the WC, cisterm, isolate the electricity and disconnect the saniflo (i.e. take out WC and cistern), open up the saniflo and give it a good clean
It really sounds like something that shouldn't be there is in the macerator/ejector. If you are not familiar with the internal workings, call the plumber who installed it. Best case scenario, it is just something that needs to be removed. Worst case scenario, the macerator/ejector and motor bearings are shot and need to be replaced.
