In yahoo mail I Can't bring up email in out box keeps clocking

I've (also) recently experienced more than the usual amount of "clocking" when checking yahoo mail ... i.e. system busy icon ... which doesn't enable you to do much else.
When the "clocking" is shown, the system is busy because it's doing something else in the background. Sometimes, it's downloading stuff - something else, like software updates, ad's, pop-up screens, images & videos for ad's, etc.), updating previous webpages, checking for updates to software (on your computer), and/or running some (other) programs ... which may include spyware, ad-tracking software, malware, security / virus scanning applications, etc.
Yes, yahoo mail downloads a lot of "junk" (advertisements) ... particularly since it's a free tool. One way to reduce this volume of downloads is to set your browser to not accept pop-ups, to only accept cookies from the webpages you visit, to not store or update previous webpages, to delete old webpages (from history), to delete (internet-temporary) cache when closing the browser, and to delete your cookies ... just to get rid of ad tracking cookies that spawns processes/apps that bring down other advertisements related to what you've been doing/searching, viewing, etc..
If yahoo mail is not responding (e.g. mail server is slow), it will display a message accordingly. And the "clocking" won't last long. Sometimes, your system slows down because it retains lots of "old" or "temporary" stuff and/or your disk is quite full and/or fragmented causing it to take longer to access data/files, and/or your registry is cluttered up with un-used stuff. In such a case, it helps to clean out the "junk" (e.g. using CCleaner ) and de-frag your disks (regularly).
Sometimes, it helps to shut down and boot the system again (after cleaning out the junk, etc.)
Some may even suggest you get a faster processor, a faster internet connection and/or a bigger disk ... ;-)

I want to change my newest yahoo mail to yahoo classic mail

Try changing to a lower screen resolution size first. For some people, this works and forces Yahoo to ask you if you want to revert back to Mail Classic. This fix does not work for everyone though, but do try it.

If this doesn't work, go to the help pages and contact Yahoo through there. I've previously sent people instructions on how to contact Yahoo to restore Mail Classic, but I've found out recently that Yahoo is extremely slow in responding through that avenue, sometimes they don't even respond.

Yahoo requires written authorization to restore your Mail Classic, so when you do contact them, you need to tell them that you do want it restored.

They also want feedback, they want to know why you're wanting to change back so they can better improve the new version.

The new version is full of bugs, I've responded to hundreds of people wanting to change back.

Good luck.

Typing on screen comes up after my typing. Sometimes not at all. How to fix

This usually is a problem that arises due to either a slow internet connection, slow computer, or an improperly working Java/javascripts. Just check up once again.

Otherwise, if you are using a Beta version of Yahoo! Mail, just go back and use an ordinary stable version of Yahoo! and this usually solves the problem

Yahoo mail is VERY slow

I am a Computer Software Expert. I believe that Yahoo! has lately made silly mistakes in their Yahoo! Mail in software/hardware side. The Mail is extremely slow even I have a super computer. This problem is Yahoo! Mail's problem; it has nothing to do with your PC as anyone uses it will suffer nowadays. In the past, it was nice and fast. Now it is Yahoo! Garbage Mail, so they should change the name!

Are other sites slow for you?

If so, check your link or check any downloads - could also check the version of flash you have installed on your machine.

If just Yahoo, see if anyone else you know has problems- myself am accessing yahoo UK mail fine here, but never know.
