try login via m.yahoo.com first then after success you can access yahoo mail from mail.yahoo.com as usual.

create a new free yahoo mail account open it on your pc and logout. Then login through your old email account and you will be able to login. In case you are unable to login even after that kindly let me know the error message.

any error messages or what's happening when you login to your yahoo mail? if you're able to login to it, then it just gives you a blank, white page, try using another browser (firefox, google chrome), or reset your internet explorer's settings (tools -- internet options -- advanced tab -- reset). if you're unable to login, (forgot your password) just click on the forget password link to generate another password for you.

I think your mail account is deactivated...please reactivate your mail account by choosing 2nd option on reactivation page... http://mail.yahoo.com or http://www.yahoo.com/r/m6 ..All the best

Hi,

This is indeed a server problem. More likely, there is nothing you can do except accessing yahoo email directly from other browser.

Use a different browser than IE. Make sure that if you have firewall installed, you do have allowed the access.Use system restore option as well, if that's a possibility.

Unless, get in touch with yahoo tech support and explain them, This would take atleast 7 days to be rectified if that's an issue from their end.
