When i operate the ups device and after I make loading the equibment the (ups temprature fault ) message
some times (cooling fault) and
rectifire internal fault
please informe me
i owned this ups since 7 years and i tray to change the cooling fluid and take pump out and clean it but no resulti owned this ups since 7 years
and i tray to change the cooling fluid and take pump out and clean it but no result
How long have you owned this UPS? Have you tried using compressed air to remove dust 'bunnies' from the insides? How long have you owned this UPS? Have you tried using compressed air to remove dust 'bunnies' from the insides?

From what info you gave me. It sounds to me like it is either too small for the load, or it is in a confined space where heat is building up (UPS has to be outside of a desk office, etc.) or the rectifier is going bad and heating up. I would check to see if it does it by hooking up a small load to it like a radio or something, and if it is in the open, not overloaded then rectifier is bad,I see it alot. I am a Master Electrician and have worked on many UPSs'. Remember that if you keep a UPS loaded to it's full potential (which you shouldn't do) it will get hot. The rule is to only load it up to 80% of it's rating and you will be fine. To find out how many amps it will handle you simply devide the VA of the UPS by the supply voltage. Example: 1200va UPS supplied by 120v. is good for 10 amps. 1200/120 = 12 amps, then it is wise to add 25% more to the watts or amps when sizing them. Also, if it has a cooling fan make sure it isn't blocked by lint and is working, if it isn't working it will get hot fast. Good luck!

The water dispenser and the compressor are separate circuits, check if the fridge has power or has no power at all during the time it is idle, test on a different power outlet.
check fan operation. have a pressure test done on the cooling system to check for gasket problems . have a flow test done on the radiator to check for blocked cores
They will not come on untill the engine heats up beyond the normal operating temprature.
There is a engine temprature sensor that sends a signal to a relay for the fans.
The temp sensor could be bad , or the relay. The fans will not normally be running while you are driving , because the air flow caused by the vehicle moving is sufficient to cool the rad enough.
If you were to come to a stop in traffic , the fans might not come on for a minute or two. That is Normal.
first check the brakers or fuses are still good or locked in,,,if they are then check that the brushes in the alternator are ok,,,,,
most faults are just worn out brushes,
however some times the brush box melts under the heat from a worn out set of brushes,,,,,its not often the rectifire blows unless its been over loaded
check the thermostat is set on cool set temprature at low 18 if still not ok check the compressor is on with the condenser fan if are operating means there is a loss of charge if not operating and the compressor temperature is high replace the capacitor and restart.
