Hi, Import all contacts from sim card to Phone memory, complete the following steps: 1) On the BlackBerry smartphone Home screen, open the Address Book.
2) Display the menu and select SIM Phone Book. The SIM phone book is loaded.
3) Display the menu and select Copy All To Address Book.
4) Go back to the Address Book and make sure all the entries are displayed.I hope this information will help you.

Open your BlackBerry Contact list, and choose a contact. Highlight the phone number and click Copy All key (square button with dots inside) > Copy to SIM phone book. Press the Copy All key > Save.

My blackberry 9900 won't read media card

Will it read any card? if it will read another card just not "yours" or the one you want it to read then the card is either faulty, needs to be reformatted, or is a too high capacity for your phone.(some phones wont accept high capacity memory cards) How ever if your phone will not read any card it means you phone memory card reader is faulty or has poor or non existence connection to the proper points on the phone circuit board- in that event if it will not matter what the cause may be, you cant fix it- take it for repair--Good Luck.

Connect the media card to a computer using a USB card reader to back up the contents. Chances are the media will be readable from a computer. Once you've backed up the contents, save it to your hard drive and format the media card from your blackberry. Reinsert the card into the USB reader to restore your media files.

Make sure there is enough memory available on the BlackBerry smartphone, and iit s not less than 5mb.
To check the memory on the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:-
1. From the BlackBerry smartphone home screen, click Options > Status.
2. If the File Free field is less than 5mb items have to be removed to increase the available memory.


If in case the above resolution is not working you need follow this complete procedure:-

1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer using a USB .
2. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3. Click BackUp and Restore > Advanced
5. On the right hand column click Content Store, and then click Clear.

workaround:-
save the media (mms, images, Audio) to your microSD memory card instead of images, using the internal memory on the BlackBerry smartphone.
